1. SCOPE:
1.1 List of Metric Standards: The purpose of this aerospace information report is to provide a listing of national and international metric standards for use in aerospace fluid systems with their equivalent SAE inch, International ISO, and European AECMA standards.
1.2 Organization: Metric Aerospace Fluid System Standards are being prepared and coordinated for acceptance in TC 20 by the Subcommittee 10 of TC 20. The United States Subcommittee Advisory Group (U.S. SCAG) of this subcommittee functions in compliance with the Charter for the U.S. Technical Advisory Group for ISO/TC 20 (SAE Organization and Operating Guide) and the American National Standards Institute’s (ANSI) “Operating Procedure for the International Activities of the American National Standards Institute.”
