Contact identification numbers on rear grommet face of socket and pin insert shall be within 45ceither side of vertical centerline above the contact cavity.
Numbers shall be placed on socket insert engaging face as shown. The numbers shall be abovethe horizontal centerline of the chamfered lead-ins.
Numbers on the engaging face of the pin insert shall be on the raised seal barrier above orelongated beside the pin contact cavity. Number shall not extend into the lower sector of theraised seal barrier which extends 45° either side of the vertical centerline.
